We recognize that bullying affects a student’s sense of safety and security, and some people may not feel comfortable reporting bullying or other school safety incidents. To help ease this worry, students and parents are welcome to use the Report Bullying or School Safety Incidents Form below to report incidents of bullying or school safety incidents that have not already been reported to your school.
The information provided will be forwarded to the appropriate school administration for action. The more information that you provide, the better we will be able to assist you.
You may report an incident anonymously if you wish, but we do need to know where and when the incident took place, as well as the people involved, in order for the school administration to investigate the situation. If you do not provide any contact information, we will be unable to provide any feedback or follow-up. Please note that if you provide contact information, in most circumstances you can expect contact within 48 hours, not including weekends or holidays.
